Q: How much is the security deposit?
A: Security deposit is equal to one month's rent.
Q: How long are your leases?
A: We offer 12 and 24-month leases.
Q: What utilities am I responsible and not responsible for?
A: Tenants pay for Electric, Sewer, Phone, and Cable.
Q: Do you allow tenants to hang photos on the wall?
A: You may use nails to hang pictures, but we do not allow wall mollies or tape.
Q: What do I do in the event of a maintenance issue?

Q: Do you allow all types of pets?
A: While we do welcome many of your furry friends, we do have some restrictions. We do not allow:
• Dogs over 40lbs
• Pit Bulls
Q: Are Lindberg Pointe Apartments on the bus route?
A: Yes. Buses run every 30 minutes right out in front of the apartments.
Q: How can I pay my rent?
A1: Mail your check to P.O. Box 5967, Lafayette, IN 47903 or drop off payment at 10 North 7th Street, Lafayette, IN 47901.
A2: We use Venmo for online payments. Tenants would need to download the app and register.
